Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. There is a sponge inside the hand washing sink. Operator removed the sponge from the hand washing sink. An employee rinsed an ice cream scoop in the hand washing sink. Educated the employee on proper usage of the hand washing sink. Corrective action taken.

Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. There is a wet wiping towel on the gack of the hand washing sink.

Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. In the white reach in cooler by the door raw shell eggs are stored above commercially processed salad dressing.
Ice scoop handle in contact with ice. The ice scoop handle is buried in the ice at the soda fountain. Explained proper storage to the operator.
Corrective Action Taken
In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container.
