Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. There is a spray bottle of degreaser stored next to packets of salt and above bag in the box soda. Operator moved the chemical spray bottle to proper storage.

Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. There is a pan of frozen chicken thawing in standing water in the prep sink.operator moved the chicken to the walk in cooler.
