About The Score
Based on 3 routine inspections in the past 2 years. Each routine visit starts at 100, minus 8 points per high-priority finding, 3 per intermediate, and 1 per basic. We average visits at full weight through 180 days, half weight at 181–365 days, and quarter weight at 366–730 days. Follow-ups and other non-routine visits are shown separately, without score bonuses or extra penalties. This is our summary—not a Florida DBPR grade or a statement of current conditions.
